A master of portraiture, she has always overseen the printing of her works, playing with acids and improbable materials, creating innovative compositions and giving free rein to art as fun. With the same naturalness as she uses the camera, in the past two years she has been playing with coloured pencils and pens, and has become a painter and illustrator. Subjects of her works still include women, naked and out of proportion; her pen strokes are rapid yet smooth and sensual, her works are imbued with symbolism, often biblical but with a contemporary twist, in a lopsided and colourful pictorial world crowded with human and animal figures.
